Returns Policy

Australian Returns Policy on surfboards.


Of course, we want you to be truly stoked. Ron Wade Surfboards has sourced the most reliable,
efficient, and secure freight companies. We can arrange freight on your behalf at your own expense
and at your own risk. Alternatively, you can organise a collection by a freight company of your own
choice.


Every single board is examined to ensure it is defect free before leaving our store. If the fins are
included in your purchase, we make sure the fins are separately wrapped in bubble wrap before
being included in the packaging and this is signed off before shipping your new board.
The board is heavily wrapped in bubble wrap, the rails have an extra layer of cardboard along with
the tail and nose. The board is then placed in a heavy-duty cardboard carton. The board is now ready
to dispatch. Ron Wade Surfboards are NOT liable for any damage that may occur during freight. We
take precautions to ensure the board is packed adequately before leaving our store. If your board is
damaged in transit by a 3 rd party, we will NOT be held liable.


Please ensure you inspect your new board for any damage that may of happened during transit by a
3rd party upon delivery, before signing off with the driver.


If you are not happy with your new board for any reason, you have 14 days from the delivery date to
contact us by email outlining your concerns, the board must be returned to us in its original
packaging with all ties, NOT waxed, no stickers or grips and NOT ridden, no scratches or dings
whatsoever at your expense. If after you contacting us by email with your concerns and we are
accepting of your concerns we will credit you, if the replacement board is more expensive than the
board preciously purchased, you will need to pay any extra money required. Returns of sale or
discounted priced board no returns are accepted.


For International deliveries:


All duty and taxes charged by the destination country are at the customer’s expense. International
orders can be tracked through to the destination by the freight services being used.

Delivery times are only estimates by us, we will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or
damage relating to late deliveries. Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address as we
cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
